Exploring this Stay-At-Home Dad thing - one poop at a time

Biography

On April 12, 2005, Felicia and I made a giant leap into the unknown when little Joshua (aka "His Poopiness," "Mr. Pookachoo," or "The World's Cutest Baby," whichever you prefer) entered our lives with a bang and a whimper. Ever since, it's been an ongoing negotiation to figure out who's in charge, what in the world we're supposed to be doing with each other, and what this whole Stay-At-Home-Dad Thing is all about, anyway. So far, Joshua has me outnumbered and surrounded, but we'll see who wins the next round.

This blog started out as Cousin Boog's idea, so if you don't like it, blame him. I thought the blog would be a great way to keep the scattered grandparents and aunts and uncles and other miscellaneous hangers-on informed about our progress, and to keep an ongoing journal of Joshua's babyhood that we could use as blackmail material if and when he ever starts dating. Boog apparently considered it part of a nefarious plot to get me writing again. Either way, it seems to be working. Sort of.
